Brahmi (Gotu Kola, Centella asiatica)
Gotu Kola is a valued traditional medicinal herb and nutritionally important plant used as a food and in tradional medicinal teas in India and Sri Lanka.
The modern research has shown this plant contains high amounts of medically important triterpenoids, carotenoids, Vitamin B and C, important minerals and other phytonutrients such as flavonoids, volatile oils, tannis and polyphenols.
