Ghavan (Savory Gluten-Free Chickpea Pancakes)
Serving Size 2 pancakes | Servings per container 6
Directions: (1) Whisk together, 1/2 cup pancake mix + 1/3 cup water till batter is smooth. (2) Heat griddle over medium heat (until when a few drops of water flicked onto the surface skitter across it) Lightly grease griddle with Oil/Ghee. (3) Lower the heat and pour about 1/3 cup of the batter onto the griddle for each pancake. (4) Add few drops of oil on the edges of pancake and increase the heat to medium. Cook until batter on the top is set (about 2 minutes). Flip the pancake over and cook until golden brown on the other side (1 to 2 minutes).
Serve with Salsa / Chutney / Dips / Condiments / Ghee / Butter

Optional Crepe Recipe: Stir 4 Tbs more water into the batter before cooking. Spread batter in pan 6-7 inches wide.
